Ello, I'm home!

It hasn't been that long has it? Ok, well maybe it has been. The last time I posted from my computer was May methinks, so here's what has happened in a nutshell:

*Finished my first year of University (woot!)

*Went to Lisbon, Portugal May 18-29 for a missions trip and worked in the art

schools

*Rested for a very small amount of time

*Flew to Portland, Oregon on June 4 to work at Trout Creek Bible Camp as the craft

director, and to see my dear friends, etc

*Turned 20

*Returned to the magical land of Tennessee on August 6

*Sent my niece off to her first day of school on the 11th

Hopefully I'll give you all some better discriptions of the jolly good times I had this summer and some pictures too. I'm using my parents computer and I'm really not used to it at all, but it's so nice to be home! It will be fun to get back into the swing of things with school and blogging, they seem to go hand in hand for me. What a lovely semester I'm going to have, but that will have to wait till another day!

How to Dismantle an Atomic Room

Well, the semester is winding down. Finals are next week, which I'm basically ok with. I have to be moved out next week, which I'm NOT ok with! There is almost nothing on my walls, stuff is everywhere, and I keep on almost knocking my easel over! Tis madness! My friend Jordan (whose girlfriend lives across the way from me) said I could just pretend like I am in prison. That's not too comforting.

Good News (but not gospel material): We're going to Baskin Robbins for FCA tonight! AND I have started a new painting in the midst of this chaos. I think that's a good thing!?

Ello! Today is an absolutely lovely day, and I hope you're all enjoying it. I bring forth a humble offering of a new CIVA article. Read and be enlightened.
