Wow, that was a really fascinating article. What he said was so true. I think though that I understand why a Christian artist wouldn't want to use a cross in his or her art. I don't think it's as much about being afraid or not interested in it, but more that the last century has turned Christian art as a whole into somewhat "christianese" art. Now, finally, Christians are redeeming the art of the Cross, so to speak, and creating excellent work from it. Anyway, cool post! And now I have another really cool site to visit!
